Youth and Fitness is the Austin Foundation's original program. It is held at the Garfield Community Center in 6-week increments during fall, winter and spring quarters and is open to participants from the ages of 6 to 20. Now in its 14th year, Youth and Fitness incorporates a sampling of different forms of physical activity and components of a healthy life, including a healthy diet and a healthy mind.
